The Reason: Older Distressed E. Tampa investment homes are being purchased up by the “Fix – Flip” Real-Estate investors, but why East Tampa? Distressed Tampa homes can still be renovated and sold under 150k, and are in high demand due to the FHA – VA loan’s popularity. Because of this dynamic; East Tampa is the best place to invest. Renovated home prices, and buying investment properties to renovate in the 33603 | 33605 areas; has gotten a bit expensive though, compared to the old days of 20k bungalows available in abundance due to this buying frenzy, but thats ok!
